Hi, An Up Is the the reward (coupon) that prints at the end of the transaction that you can use on another order the following day. They usually expire about a week later so you have time to use them. Rite Aid has a new program that loads the rewards directly to your card that will be applied to your next order. You can opt out of this program so the coupon prints at the end of the receipt. I prefer this so I can manage my rewards. Hope this helps.
